Terms
The terms that cover this website and every service we sell. You pay month to month, there's no lock-in, and everything we build in your accounts stays yours.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Practical Reason website and services. Practical Reason is the trading name of Parallel Agents Ltd (company no. 17123782, England & Wales). By using the site or buying a service, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide AI-run marketing services for online stores: email flows and campaigns, AI search visibility, social, content, customer service and related work, as described on our pricing page. The free audit is informational and provided as-is.
The Sprint and monthly plans
In short: the Sprint is paid once. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel, with 30 days' notice.
The Sprint is a fixed-price, one-week engagement paid up front. Monthly plans are billed monthly in GBP. They roll month to month, which means they renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. £750 of the Sprint fee is credited against your first month if you continue within 30 days.
Content approval
Work that reaches your customers is submitted for your approval before it goes live. We are not responsible for content you have approved and published.
Platform access
In short: you give us the logins we need, we keep them safe, and everything we build in your accounts stays yours.
You grant us the access needed to deliver the service (for example Shopify collaborator access and an email platform invite). Credentials are stored securely and used only for service delivery. Anything we build in your accounts stays yours.
Liability
In short: if something goes wrong, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
Intellectual property
Content created for you becomes yours on payment. We may use anonymised case studies and aggregate performance data in our marketing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
