Pricing

Every price, on one page. No calls to find out.

A free audit, then a full review to build your plan and get your first emails live. After that, most stores hire one role: the Email Marketer. Add more only when it has paid for itself. No contracts.

How to start

Free, then £750, then you decide.

You never sign a contract to find out whether this works. The audit is free. The full review is one fixed price. Everything you get along the way is yours to keep.

After that, you pay a monthly price for the roles you want: one, a few, or the whole team. Cancel any month with 30 days' notice.

The hire most make first

Most start with the Email Marketer. That's where the money is.

Email should make 25 to 30% of a store's revenue. Most make under 15%. The Email Marketer closes that gap, all looked after for you.

Start here

Email done properly, where the money is.

Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows. Two to three campaigns a week, written and designed with on-brand images. Customer groups and send times learned from your own list. You get one monthly number: how much of your revenue email made.

  • The abandoned-cart flow alone usually covers the fee
  • Everything waits for your approval before it sends
  • Priced by list size, and every band is written down here
from £1,299 / month

A full email marketer for less than a junior hire's payslip. Pay month to month, stop with 30 days' notice, no setup fee.

The rest of the team, whenever you want them.

Nothing here needs deciding today. Most stores start with email alone and add a second hire once the first has paid for itself. Every price is below so you can see where it goes, and the figure beside each is what a real one costs to employ in the UK.

Or take the lot

Hire several at once, and it costs less.

If you already know you want more than email, these two plans bundle the roles under one CMO for less than hiring them one by one. Same terms: month to month, 30 days’ notice, no setup fee.

What we don't do

No long contracts, no setup fees, no cut of your ad spend, and no "contact us for pricing".

01 No lock-in You pay month to month and can stop with 30 days' notice. No exit fee, and everything we've built stays yours.
02 No setup fee The full review covers setup, and £750 of it comes off your first month if you continue.
03 No cut of your ad spend Your ad budget stays on your own card, inside the limit you set. We never take a percentage.
04 AI and software costs included We manage the tools behind the scenes and we pay for them. You pay the hire's price, and that's it.
05 No "call us" pricing Every price is on this page. If a plan ever costs more than this page says, we've written down why.
Pricing questions

The honest answers about money.

Why do prices say "from"?+

How many posts, sends and articles you want changes the price. The "from" price is the lowest it can be, and what it covers is written beside it. Your review sets your exact number in writing before any monthly fee starts.

Do I have to hire the whole team?+

No. Hire one specialist, or several, or the lot. Most stores start with the Email Marketer and add others as the numbers earn it. Your CMO leads whatever you run, and you can let any hire go with 30 days' notice.

Is the CMO really included?+

Yes. Every plan is led by a CMO: the strategist who sets the plan, watches the numbers and is your contact. The CMO is never a separate line on your bill.

Why is there no setup fee?+

The full review covers it. The £750 pays for the study and the build plan, and all of it comes off your first month if you continue. There's no separate setup invoice.

What about ad spend?+

Your ad budget stays on your own card, inside the limit you set. Charging a percentage of spend pushes an agency to spend more of your money, so we don't do it.

Do you give a discount for paying a year up front?+

No, because paying monthly keeps us honest. We have to earn next month, every month, and that's how we like it.

Why is the Email Marketer priced by list size?+

Because the work scales with the list: more segments, more sends, more revenue to look after. It's the same way Klaviyo and Mailchimp price. Every band is written on this page, and your review confirms yours from your real data before any monthly fee starts.
