Proof · real stores

The work, in the only currency that counts. Real stores, real numbers.

We measure ourselves on one thing: the revenue we move for the stores we look after. Here are three of them. Names removed at their request, numbers rounded, nothing invented.

Email to a quarter of revenue Flows earning every month Named by AI assistants

Every number below is from a store we run. We estimate low, report the real figure each month, and remove anything that would identify the brand.

Before the numbers · one honest note

Real results, de-identified.

Our clients would rather their competitors didn't know exactly what's working, so we remove names and round the figures. What you see is what the store actually did with us, not a best-ever cherry-pick. Where a number is an estimate, we say so.

The three stories below start where each store started, show what we changed, and end on the number that moved.

Case 01 · Heritage footwear · est. 1919

From 9% to 24% of revenue from email, in five months.

A century-old British menswear brand with a devoted customer base and a neglected email channel. Great products, almost no automation, and invisible when shoppers asked an AI what to buy.

We started with the Email Marketer: the four core flows rebuilt, campaigns written in the brand's voice with on-brand images, and the list segmented by what people actually buy. Then we added AI-search so the brand started showing up in answers.

The email finally sounds like us, and it's quietly become the best-performing channel we have.— Marketing lead, heritage footwear brand
Case 02 · Clean skincare · ~£1.4m a year

A win-back flow that pays for the service, twice over.

A clean-skincare brand doing strong numbers on paid ads, but leaking repeat revenue: buy once, never heard from again. The list was there. The follow-up wasn't.

We rebuilt the four flows and added a segmented win-back for lapsing customers, then set a steady campaign rhythm around new drops and restocks. All drafted overnight, all approved before sending.

We were paying to win customers and then quietly losing them. Now they come back on their own.— Founder, skincare brand
Case 03 · Specialty coffee & subscription

Named by ChatGPT and Perplexity for "best coffee subscription UK."

A specialty roaster with a loyal following and a real subscription product, invisible to the shoppers now asking an AI what to buy. Good store, unreadable to the assistants doing the recommending.

We fixed the product data the assistants read, built answer-led content around the questions buyers actually ask, and made the store easy for AI shopping tools to understand and recommend.

When someone asks an AI what coffee to buy, we're in the answer now. That wasn't true a few months ago.— Founder, specialty coffee roaster
How we measure

Honest numbers, the same way every time.

Email's share of revenue comes straight from Klaviyo or Mailchimp. AI visibility is measured by asking the assistants the questions your buyers ask and counting how often you're named. We estimate low, show the real figure every month, and never count a number we can't stand behind.
